These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform 9080bet, available at https://9080bet.click, including all Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, slots, bonus, and payment features.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any restricted area of the 9080bet, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the specific rules for each product available on the platform.

Each individual may hold only an account at 9080bet. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved.

Registration is free and requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and Brazilian mobile number. All information must be accurate and up to date — you are responsible for keeping it correct in your account dashboard.

9080bet may, at its sole discretion, request additional identity verification documents (KYC) at any time — particularly before the first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

The 9080bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix – minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, instant processing 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processing within up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) – subject to issuer limits;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago – instant processing;
• TED Bank Transfer – settlement within up to 1 business day;
• Digital wallets from banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil via Pix.

All deposits must be made by the account holder directly. Deposits from third parties, companies, or cards in someone else's name are not accepted. Deposits identified as being of suspicious origin or from third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

9080bet does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the user's own responsibility. Your balance is updated as soon as payment is confirmed — for Pix, this happens within seconds.

Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong account) may be reversed upon request to support within 24 hours, provided the corresponding balance has not been used for betting.

The minimum withdrawal at 9080bet is R$ 20.00. The only available withdrawal method is via Pix, which must be registered under the same account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or via boleto are not available.

The standard withdrawal processing time is up to 5 minutes once approved, available 24 hours a day — including weekends and public holidays. In situations requiring manual review (first request, amounts above the standard limit, or suspected irregular activity), processing may take up to 24 business hours.

To make the first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed: submission of your CPF and a photo ID. This is a one-time process that protects your account against unauthorized withdrawals.

• No standard maximum limit — withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be processed in batches within 24 hours

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation, except in cases where 9080bet offers a cash out option. Cash out is available on selected live games and allows you to close a bet before the final result at the cash out value automatically calculated at the time of the request.

• Full-time result bets (1X2) cover only the standard 90 minutes plus stoppage time — extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in the calculation unless otherwise stated in the market;
• If a match is suspended or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market — matches with fewer than 90 minutes played may be voided;
• Obvious odds errors (odds clearly out of market due to a technical error) may be voided by 9080bet, with the staked amount refunded;
• Accumulator bets (multiples) are settled by multiplying the odds of each selection — if one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without it;
• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00 and the maximum varies by market — check the limits displayed on screen before confirming.

In the event of a dispute over a match result, the 9080bet uses data provided by its contracted sports data providers as the official source. The final result becomes definitive 72 hours after settlement, except in cases where a formal dispute has been submitted to support within that period.

The 9080bet offers more than 2,000 casino games, including slots, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and crash games like Aviator and JetX. All games are provided by licensed suppliers and audited by independent bodies to ensure fair outcomes (certified RNG).

Live Casino games are streamed in real time with dealers in physical studios. 9080bet does not control or interfere with the outcomes of these streams — any technical failure during a live round will follow the game provider's rules, which may include cancellation of the affected round.

Crash Games work with a multiplier that increases from the start of each round. You can cash out at any time before the crash — if you don't cash out in time, you lose the amount wagered on that round. The crash point is determined by a certified random number algorithm — 9080bet has no control over when the crash occurs.

Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play on the casino is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): the bonus must be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover requirements — check the terms of each individual promotion;
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the credit date — after this period, they are automatically cancelled along with any associated winnings;
• One welcome bonus per person, per CPF, and per IP address;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash;

Boosted odds are limited-time offers with a per-user bet cap, valid only until the event begins. 9080bet may modify or cancel a boosted odd before the event starts without prior notice; if the change occurs after the bet has been confirmed, the staked amount will be returned.

The 9080bet continuously monitors activity on the platform to ensure a fair environment for all players. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Use of insider information for Sports Betting;
• Any form of bonus abuse — whether coordinated across multiple accounts or carried out individually;
• Cross-account bet coordination to guarantee outcomes (abusive match betting);
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software;
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes;
• Deposit fraud, undue chargebacks, or fraudulent reversals;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at employees or other users;
• Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's operations.

If prohibited conduct is suspected, 9080bet may temporarily suspend the account and request additional documentation. Any account closure decision is final following an internal review, and the user will be notified by email with the reasons.

You may close your account at the 9080bet at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing contato@9080bet.click. Account closure is processed within 48 business hours. Any available balance will be refunded via Pix within up to 5 business days of the request, provided identity verification is complete.

9080bet may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Inactivity for more than 24 months — the user will be notified 30 days in advance;
• Legal or regulatory requirement;
• Confirmed evidence of fraud or money laundering.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balances obtained through irregular activity will be forfeited. Balances from the user's own unused deposits will be refunded following a review.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the relationship between the user and the 9080bet will preferably be submitted to out-of-court mediation or conciliation.
